Resepi Mini Pizza Sayang Selasih

Ingrediants :

500g - High Protein Flour
60g - Fine Sugar
10g - Salt
15g - Skim Milk Power
50g - Eggs
10g - Instant Dry Yeast
1.5g- Emplex
5g - Olympial Soft ( bread Improver )
250g - Chilled water
60g - butter

Method :
1. Mix until develod
2. Bulk fermentation time 20 - 30 minutes
3. Scaling weight - 50g each
4. Intermediate proofing 5 - 10 minutes
5. Moulding - shaping
6. Final proofing - until double / triple of original siza
7. eggs wash ( 53g eggs + 50g water + 2g salt + 5g vanilla - lightly beat to mix well)
8. Baking 10 - 12 minutes at 200'C

Ok can eats now... hehehe this is rapid straight dough method. Ni sample method and senang sekali....berbanding dengan sponge & dough method.
